Premium slow-cooked coconut floss from Batam, Indonesia. Made from selected grated coconut, dried chili, anchovies (ikan bilis), dried shrimp, shallot, garlic, lemongrass and selected spices. Slow-cooked for approximately 4.5 hours until dry, crispy and fragrant. No added preservatives.

Perfect for: Nasi Lemak, Lontong, Nasi Uduk, Ketupat, warm rice, porridge, noodles, bread or as a savory snack.
